An interesting e-learning piece built by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University to teach four core pieces of hotel and tourist related orientation: Front Office Operations, Housekeeping Operations, Food and Beverage Operations and Principles of Food Service. They are now building a virtual hotel in Second Life to accomplish the same learning goals.
